These Terms govern the relationship between SEOSpyder (Via Santa Maria, 41, 89841 Pernocari-Presinaci (VV), Italy, info@seospyder.com) and any person or business that purchases services from seospyder.com.
SEOSpyder provides digital SEO services including technical crawl audits, content gap mapping, ongoing rank velocity programmes, authority link building, local territory dominance, and full organic operations. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
Orders are placed via the seospyder.com website and paid through Stripe. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
One-time services are delivered within the timelines stated on the relevant service page (typically 3-6 business days). Monthly services begin within 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, grant access to required tools (such as Google Search Console read access) within a reasonable timeframe, and not misrepresent your site or business during the engagement.
Written reports and strategy documents produced by SEOSpyder become your property on full payment. We retain the right to describe the type of work completed (without identifying your business) for portfolio and case study purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
SEOSpyder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or Google algorithm changes. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic levels. SEO involves third-party systems (Google, Bing) that we do not control. We guarantee documented work, honest reporting, and transparent communication.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vibo Valentia, Italy, unless EU consumer law requires otherwise.
