Because SEOSpyder delivers digital services that begin immediately on payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. This policy explains our standard approach.
If you request a cancellation before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. If work has begun, we will refund the proportion of the fee corresponding to work not yet completed, at our assessment. Once a deliverable (audit report, content map, etc.) has been delivered to you, no refund is available.
Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice to info@seospyder.com. The final month of service will be completed and no partial refund is issued for unused days within a billing period. We do not offer refunds on months already completed and reported.
Package refund requests are handled by the same principles as one-time and monthly services depending on which components have been delivered. If no work has started within 5 business days of your order, you may cancel for a full refund.
To request a refund, email info@seospyder.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving disagreements directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may affect your ability to use our services in future.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. By placing an order and requesting that work begin immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
